A genuine up-cycled antique bottle, bringing a bit of elegance to any space.

This up-cycled antique bottle has been lovingly created using encaustic wax, (bees wax & resin), and enhanced with coloured wax and oil paints. Such a unique, one of a kind, very tactile little bud vase once held. I have added a lovely piece of brown cord around the top of the vase, to enhance its appearance. This bottle is 1.9in wide x 5in in height.

The whole process requires adding wax paint, heat and more layers of wax, mark making, heat, rubbing oil paints to the overall bottle, then selecting coloured wax to add the detailed flowers in red and oil paints for the crevices. This bottle is very tactile with its rustic, rugged texture as well as its aesthetic look.

It's unique, and a one of a kind that cannot be repeated. A lovely addition to a home. A gift for a friend or for yourself. Wax is also associated as a 16th Wedding Anniversary gift. Something to bear in mind.

This bottle will be sent in a sweet patterned fabric bag and accompanied with full care instructions.
