Another lovely up-cycled glass bottle that has been created using real leaves embedded into the wax, before removing and then enhanced with oil paints. The natural foliage adds such wonderful texture to this bottle which you can feel straight away once held. I have added a lovely piece of ribbon around the top of the vase, adding character. A lovely small table centerpiece. A very tactile vase with personality. Inspired by my forest surroundings.

The whole process is lengthy and requires adding wax paint, heat and more layers of wax, adding the foliage, burnishing, lifting out, mark making, heat, rubbing oil paints to the overall bottle, then selecting oil colours to enter the crevices. A lovely process that I hope you appreciate.
